Vanessa Lively is Home Street Music's founder, as well as a singer/songwriter, visual artist, graphic designer, and mother. Her eclectic — and often bilingual Spanish-English — music captures her activist heart and her spirit of unbreakable joy. The Austin Chronicle described her sound as "folk music on fire with worldly rhythms and a Latin pulse.” Her most recent album "Truth Is" has been listed as a #1 New Release by Kansas Public Radio, and #13 on the FAI Folk Radio charts.
